Cayo Esquivel Seafood Restaurant began as a small establishment in Hialeah Gardens. It opened its doors in 1999, by the Palacios Family, and has expanded into two restaurants that foster family, tradition and love for virtuous cuisine.These are the basic concepts that drive our team – serving our best seafood in a family-friendly atmosphere that leaves you wanting to come back for more.
